[How to Fix] App Store Screenshot Upload Error: "Images cannot contain alpha channels or transparencies"

When uploading screenshots to the App Store, you may sometimes encounter an error message stating: "Images cannot contain alpha channels or transparencies." Here is how to fix this issue.

Open the screenshot in the Preview app. Then, click on File and select Export.


You will notice that the Alpha option is checked. 

Uncheck the Alpha checkbox. 

Click Replace. After that, try uploading the screenshot to the App Store again, and it should upload without any issues.

The Problem I was facing an issue where the spacing between the question, image, and options was excessively large, resulting in poor readability. On top of that, constraint conflicts were occurring. The root cause was that it is mathematically impossible for Auto Layout to satisfy the following three constraints simultaneously: 20pt spacing from the question to the image view. 10pt spacing from the question label to the options stack view. 20pt spacing from the image view to the options stack view.
